Panattoni Park Szczecin Dunikowo

Harden Construction has commenced the construction of the Panattoni Park Szczecin Dunikowo distribution warehouse for a leading retail sector company. The facility, covering over 53,000 m², will aim for BREEAM certification at the highest level, OUTSTANDING. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2025.

The project is located in Szczecin on Wolframowa Street, just 2 km from the A6 motorway, providing direct connections to Goleniów Airport (32 km) and the German border (26 km). The park is being developed within the Dunikowo Special Economic Zone (Szczecin Subzone, SSE Euro-Park Mielec).

The distribution center will offer 53,400 m² of usable space, including 51,000 m² of warehouse space and 2,400 m² of office space. The complex will also feature a large green area of 53,300 m² and an extensive recreational zone for employees.

Sustainable features of the project include heating and cooling powered by heat pumps, with plans to install photovoltaic panels on the roof. These measures are designed to achieve the BREEAM OUTSTANDING certification.
