His notable career milestones include his leadership role at HOCHTIEF as well as many years in various positions at Siemens Engineering.

Michael Švanda, Technical & Sales Director at Harden Construction CZ, has been active in the construction industry since the early 1990s. He has extensive experience in managing complex construction projects as well as overseeing commercial operations, and in recent years has also worked as a consultant in the construction sector. Since 2008, he worked at HOCHTIEF CZ, where he held several roles, including Project Buyer, Division Director’s Specialist, and Division Director of the Special Works in Planá nad Lužnicí. He joins Harden Construction CZ with the aim of leveraging his broad experience to support the company’s growth, development, and the building of a strong team.

Jan Chaloupka has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, he has managed industrial, commercial, residential and healthcare projects in the Czech Republic and abroad. He spent a significant part of his professional career with the Heberger Group.
He brings to Harden Construction CZ extensive industry experience, strong leadership skills and a proven ability to build reliable and stable project teams.

Marek Hajnovič has more than ten years of experience in financial management, controlling and construction project economics. Throughout his professional career, he has worked for leading construction companies, including STRABAG, Skanska and VCES.
He brings to Harden Construction CZ a comprehensive approach to financial management and the ability to establish transparent and efficient processes that support the company’s stable growth.

Petra Jemelíková, Executive Assistant at Harden Construction CZ, brings over 10 years of experience in administration and the construction industry. Her education provides her with a solid understanding of the technical environment, enabling her to effectively support the company’s operations. In her role, she ensures smooth execution of daily activities, manages key support processes, including marketing, and coordinates team efforts. Her goal is to provide efficient support that helps the company grow smoothly and reach its objectives.
