BTO Samsung Wronki

We have completed the construction of a modern production and warehouse facility for the global leader in electronics and home appliances – Samsung Electronics. The building, covering an area of over 60,000 m², is located in the city of Wronki. The facility will house new production lines for appliances, and its design and solutions fully meet the investor’s requirements.

The hall also includes a mezzanine with an area of 23,000 m². In 2024, we plan to obtain the BREEAM EXCELLENT certification, confirming the high quality of execution, the use of premium construction materials, and environmentally friendly solutions. The construction process included numerous technological innovations tailored to the specific production needs.

Precise planning of every centimeter of the hall and mezzanine, including selecting suitable flooring to meet the requirements of specific production technologies, was key to the success of this project. The execution required close collaboration between architects and engineers, who analyzed various structural elements, their load-bearing capacity, and functionality to ensure the seamless operation of the production lines.
