City Logistics Poznań III

City Logistics Poznań III spans nearly 44,000 m² and is the largest facility of its kind in Poland, designed to support last-mile logistics. The entire complex serves as a space for warehousing, production, and servicing. The facility also includes a dedicated zone with controlled temperature and humidity, covering an area of 4,200 m².

The building, constructed by Harden Construction, was completed in less than seven months. The project was developed for Raben Logistics Polska and is primarily intended to enhance services related to contract logistics and warehousing, as well as to offer additional services such as co-packing and co-manufacturing.

The warehouse is equipped with 41 loading docks and is adapted for the operation of Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) forklifts and forklifts powered by Li-Ion batteries. To ensure efficient operation of VNA forklifts, designed for handling goods in narrow aisles, the flooring was customized according to VDMA standards.
